Peregian Golf Course and Driving Range (Peregian Springs, Queensland)
The newest venue under the guidance of Golf Services Management, Peregian was recently transformed following a spate of difficult years under different management. GSM assumed responsibility for both the clubhouse and golf course operation in December 2016 and has since worked tirelessly to restore the facility, recondition the golf course and reinvigorate the relevance of golf in an otherwise thriving local community. GSM is now working diligently in a bid to secure a long and prosperous association with the locals and stakeholders of Peregian.
Bay Views Golf Course (Rosebud, Victoria) - formerly known as Rosebud Park Public Golf Course
Since August 2014, Golf Services Management has undertaken responsibility for the provision of both golf management and course maintenance services at the picturesque facility. The course is renowned for its panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay along with its challenging layout, lush couch fairways and has been a popular venue for many social clubs and local golfers. In this time, significant resources have been committed to improving course conditions as well as a major clubhouse redevelopment providing golfers with a more enjoyable golfing experience.
Kingston Links Golf Course (Rowville, Victoria)
On December 1, 2015 Golf Services Management was appointed to provide services to Kingston Links Golf Course incorporating 18 hole championship golf course, Pro Shop and Function Centre. An extremely popular destination regarded as one of metropolitan Melbourne's best public access venues, GSM is responsible for all operations, acting as the corporate general manager for the stakeholder.
Morack Public Golf Course and Driving Range (Vermont South, Victoria)
GSM was awarded the contract to manage the Morack Public Golf Course and Driving Range from July 2009 by the City of Whitehorse. This picturesque parkland course hosts 60,000 rounds per annum and a floodlit driving range consisting of 17 undercover bays and an outdoor practice area provides a quality coaching and practice facility to 40,000 visitors a year. GSM report and make recommendations to the Team Leader of Leisure Facilities and operate in conjunction with a Grounds Maintenance Contractor.
Ranfurlie Golf Course (Cranbourne, Victoria)
Ranfurlie Golf Course is the member facility of the Amstel Golf Club in Cranbourne and GSM CEO, Ian Denny, oversees the control of all aspects of golf operations and member competition play. Ian was appointed to this position in 1987, at that stage the youngest head professional in the state of Victoria. With the venue stakeholder being made up of private members, GSM reports and makes recommendations to a Board of Directors and the Course and Match sub-committee.
St Andrews Beach Golf Course (Fingal, Victoria)
In 2009 GSM negotiated with the receiver managers of the previously exclusive private member golf course at St Andrews Beach to re-launch the facility as a public access venue. The course was in a rundown condition and required extensive turf re-establishment but within two years under the control of GSM St Andrews Beach was once again ranked in Australia’s Top 10 Courses by Golf Australia Magazine. GSM during this period worked with the receiver managers to secure a private buyer for the venue and currently controls the venue under a short term lease agreement with the new owner.
